Determine how much yardage to buy based on 1 5 to two times more than the width of your cabinet to allow for a full gather.
Fabric covered cabinet doors.
Pick a fabric that mirrors the pattern and create an inset for your cabinet doors.
If you are using framed fabric prints you created yourself decide if you want to use screws or glue to affix them to the cabinets.
Push the foam board firmly against the back of the cabinet.
Make sure the measurement is at least 4 inches longer on the length for making the hem.
Also add enough for the hem and casings.
Step five sew hems.
Hem the edge of fabric that is turned under and sewn or fused with iron on tape.
Place the fabric door panels in the frames and make sure they are lined up on the frame evenly and straight.
The tension of the fabric and the board against the edges of the cabinet should hold it in place no need to tape or glue anything.
Step 3 create tape outline on cabinet doors.
Most fabric is at least 44 55 from selvage to selvage.

Measure the length of the cabinets that you are going to cover with the fabric covering and transfer that to the actual fabric.
