I have taken the cover off and marked in the image below where i think it goes.
Over the years it has stopped working and i have simply disconnected taken out old one and put in a new one same type eg.
To make sure it all works i have connected a plug to the the end of the wiring and all works.
What i need to know now is what cord i need to buy and how i install it into the fan.
